Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. The deletion of your mySites account can be facilitated via the settings – delete my account option. To prevent unauthorised account closure, you will need an authorisation code to complete the operation. Please be aware that closure of your account will result in the loss of all data associated with your assets, sites, reports and billing information from our servers.

Axon Data Limited reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict your access to all or part of our services if:

we reasonably believe that you materially or repeatedly breach these terms and conditions; or
we are required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or a court order; or
we reasonably believe that there has been conduct that creates (or could create) liability or harm to any user, other third party, or Axon Data Limited.

Axon Data Limited reserves the right to terminate dormant accounts and clean data from our servers. Dormant accounts have no active assets or no login requests for a period exceeding 12 months. Account holders will be notified prior to account removal.

Property Rights

All text, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, photos, videos and computer code made available through our website, services or products is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Axon Data Limited, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. All of our rights not expressly granted by this license are hereby retained by Axon Data Limited. We own and will continue to own our services, including all related intellectual property rights. For the avoidance of doubt all data imported into our services from a customer remains the property of the customer.

You may use information provided about our products and services (such as data sheets) purposely made available by Axon Data Limited for downloading from the axon-data.com domain and subdomains, provided that you: do not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents; and use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media; and make no modifications to any such information; and do not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
